In order for the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" to be truly effective, bringing Vietnamese goods to gain the trust of Vietnamese people, there is still much work to be done, especially regarding policies and mechanisms to support Vietnamese enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises.

Over the past years, the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in Hanoi has become a practical bridge to help domestically produced goods and services get closer to Vietnamese consumers, with increasingly improved quality.

The Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade has implemented solutions to promote growth and effectively implement the campaign such as supporting businesses and developing e-commerce, thereby removing difficulties, implementing mechanisms, improving competitiveness for businesses, and promoting e-commerce development on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

At the same time, coordinate with provinces to organize regional linkages, promote and consume agricultural products and OCOP products. Organize trade delegations, survey and sign contracts in key provinces and cities, organize fairs and exhibitions.

Implement programs to vote for Vietnamese products, focus on promotions, organize Vietnamese product weeks in the suburbs and industrial parks, develop points to introduce and sell OCOP products...

Director of Tan My Fashion Design Company Limited (Hoan Kiem District) Nguyen Thuy Linh said that participating in the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" and being voted "Vietnamese goods loved by many consumers" has created opportunities for businesses to promote Vietnamese products as well as gradually changing the awareness of Vietnamese people about using Vietnamese goods.

However, for this Campaign to be truly effective and bring Vietnamese goods to the trust of Vietnamese people, there is still much work to be done, especially regarding policies and mechanisms to support small and medium enterprises.

Raise awareness and social responsibility of the community, businesses, organizations, and individuals on sustainable production and consumption through media agencies. Promote awareness among businesses and production units on producing safe, quality products at reasonable prices, and regularly changing designs according to consumer needs and tastes.

In addition, Hanoi City and other provinces and cities facilitate trade activities and connect product consumption for businesses, cooperatives, and agricultural households producing and trading in the area through organizing trade programs, activities, fairs, exhibitions, and honoring Vietnamese products.

Units participate in promoting product brands, connecting and cooperating with domestic product distribution channels and supporting exports through foreign distribution systems such as Aeon, Lotte, Central Group.

Strengthening the organization for businesses to participate in online trade conferences with trade counselors and international organizations. Supporting businesses in promoting trade in foreign markets.

In addition, Hanoi will have preferential policies for projects suitable to the capacity of small and medium enterprises and digital technology enterprises participating in high-value production - supply - service chains, sustainable consumption, and prioritizing the use of goods and materials produced in Vietnam.

Through the above solutions, the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" will be further promoted, thereby supporting and creating favorable conditions for businesses to develop, improve competitiveness and contribute to the country's economic development.
