Ministry of Industry and Trade Organizes Viet Nam International Sourcing 2024: Connecting the International Goods Supply Chain

10/11/2024

Following the resounding success of the first event in 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade continues to join hands with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to write the next chapter in the success story with the "Connecting the International Goods Supply Chain 2024" event series (Viet Nam International Sourcing 2024).

This is a continuous effort to elevate the position of Vietnamese businesses in the global production and supply chain, while keeping pace with the increasingly dynamic trend of international economic integration.

Viet Nam International Sourcing 2024 promises to be a panoramic, vivid, and colorful picture of the Vietnamese manufacturing industry. The event will take place from June 6th to 8th at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), bringing together 500 businesses with international certifications, proudly showcasing high-quality products bearing the distinct mark of Vietnam. From delicious food, exquisite textiles, and fashionable footwear to dynamic sportswear, convenient household appliances, and luxurious furniture, all will shine, attracting the attention of international distributors and retailers, along with 300 delegations from 30 countries and territories.

Not just a place to meet, exchange, and share experiences, Viet Nam International Sourcing 2024 is also a vibrant stage with an Export Forum, trade connection activities, and the "Viet Nam International Sourcing Expo 2024," expected to attract around 10,000 visitors.

In particular, this year's event will welcome the presence of "giants" in international trade such as Aeon, Uniqlo, Walmart, Amazon, Boeing, Carrefour, Decathlon, Central Group, and IKEA. This is a golden opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to approach, learn from, and establish strategic partnerships, opening the door to entering the global market.

Viet Nam International Sourcing 2024 does not stop at successful trade transactions, but is also an incubator for new business ideas, a launchpad to bring Vietnamese goods further on the world economic map. This event is a clear testament to the continuous development of the Vietnamese economy, affirming its position and competitiveness in the international arena.
