Vietnam International Sourcing was held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, from 4 to 6 September. The large-scale event focused on e-commerce, home appliances and electronics, textiles and garments, footwear, and logistics solutions, with the objective of connecting Vietnamese manufacturers and exporters to global retail networks. More than 500 enterprises from the above sectors were expected to participate in the exhibition.

Under the theme “Crossing Mountains – Crossing Seas – Connecting the World,” the SF Express Vietnam booth was designed in a clear and systematic manner, enabling visitors to gain in-depth insights into the company’s formation, development, service ecosystem, and operational solutions.

Founded in 2015, SF Express Vietnam currently serves more than 5,000 customers, operating 14 self-managed facilities across Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Dong Nai. The company employs over 1,000 staff, operates 280 transport vehicles, and maintains a delivery network covering more than 11,000 communes and wards nationwide.

Visitors to the exhibition were able to explore how SF applies digital technologies in combination with its logistics network to deliver customised solutions across multiple sectors, including e-commerce, distribution, industrial manufacturing, high-tech industries, textiles and garments, footwear, electronics, home furnishings, automotive, and consumer goods.

The company also provides flexible cross-border logistics services under the “Warehouse-to-Door, Door-to-Warehouse, and Warehouse-to-Warehouse” model, enabling coordinated operations between bonded warehouses, shared warehouses, and international facilities.

According to company representatives, SF Express Vietnam currently manages and operates approximately 130,000 square metres of warehousing space, serving both B2B and B2C customers through dedicated vehicles, full truckload services, and express delivery. “All management processes are fully digitalised, replacing traditional paperwork, ensuring transparency and real-time monitoring,” the representative explained.

Leveraging its strong resource base, SF has successfully developed end-to-end 4PL solutions for cross-border ODM clients, optimising warehousing and packaging processes. These solutions have reduced costs by more than 20 per cent, shortened packaging time to 18 hours, and limited loading and unloading operations to approximately one hour.

The company also provides warehousing and store-delivery services for a number of food and fashion enterprises, with more than 10,000 delivery trips completed—demonstrating strong supply chain management capabilities and operational efficiency.
