Vietnam is about to welcome 200 international business delegations to explore the investment market
The visit of large global corporations to Vietnam is an opportunity for domestic businesses to promote, introduce products and promote investment cooperation.

In the near future, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will co-chair the event series "Connecting the international supply chain of goods" from September 13 - 15, 2023 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) to support effective businesses in their efforts to participate more deeply in the global production and supply chain, adapt to the trend of international economic integration and promote links between foreign importers and distribution channels.
At the press conference introducing this series of events, Mr. Ta Hoang Linh - Director of the European - American Market Department said that businesses were selected to promote to purchasing, distributing and importing corporations. International exports all have international certificates, high product quality in industries that are Vietnam's strengths such as textiles, food, bags, household appliances, supporting industries and furniture...
This year, the event promises to attract 8,000 visitors and transactions with 200 international delegations from 30 different countries.
In particular, 10 thematic seminars and business forums and trade connections will be held continuously during the 3-day event, with the participation of large corporations such as Aeon, Uniqlo (Japan); Walmart, Amazon, Boeing, AES (USA), Carrefour, Decathlon (France); Central Group (Thailand); Coppel (Mexico); IKEA (Sweden), LuLu (UAE)...
Mr. Linh said: "The fact that large corporations come to Vietnam this time also has the desire to connect with trade and learn about the investment environment. Therefore, this is an opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to find new investment partners, promote products, and expand distribution channels with large corporations in the world."
At the press conference, the information organizing committee will coordinate with local Departments of Industry and Trade to bring import delegations to survey in some places. Notably, the event also witnessed the unprecedented participation of the Vietnam Trade Office system/branches of the Vietnam Trade Office abroad.
Trade Offices and Trade Office branches have widely promoted the series of events to importers, distribution channels, and international business associations to invite import delegations to attend.
Trade offices and branches of the Vietnam Trade Office abroad under the direction of the European - American Market Department and the Asia - African Market Department have proactively sought, contacted and coordinated to invite businesses. Purchasing, importing, and distributing businesses from the host country to Vietnam participate in this seminar and exhibition.
