According to Vietnam Customs, the total trade turnover of goods between Vietnam and Romania in 2020 reached 288.4 million USD, up 10.4% compared to 2019. Exports from Vietnam to Romania reached about 220.2 million USD, up 13.6% compared to 2019 and imports from Romania reached 68.2 million USD, up 1.1% compared to 2019.

In the first 6 months of 2021, the total trade turnover between Vietnam and Romania reached 150,301 million USD.
