Dong Thap Mango Week takes place from April 22 as part of the opening activity for "Dong Thap Mango Festival 2023" which will take place from April 28 to May 1 to support businesses, cooperatives, and cooperative groups in the area to promote and introduce the mango product brand to consumers. This is an opportunity to expand the consumption market, meet the needs and tastes of domestic and foreign markets, through direct channels combined with product consumption via e-commerce platforms.

MM Mega Market Vietnam Co., Ltd. opened Dong Thap Mango Week on the afternoon of April 21, lasting until May 7, 2023. According to a representative of this business, with the goal of sharing with farmer households in stabilizing prices and promoting the consumption of clean fruit products, a strength of Dong Thap province, Mega Market Vietnam is committed to consuming about 150 million people. tons for 5 main mango products, including Cat Hoa Loc mango, Cat Chu yellow, green mango and green-yellow Tuong mango with the best prices in the market. Currently, there are many customers coming to supermarkets to buy mangoes in Dong Thap. That's thanks to the distributors' policies, the quality of delicious mangoes and many other factors. Particularly in Dong Thap, the Department of Industry and Trade prepared 25 tons of mangoes for Dong Thap Mango Week, however, this quantity is probably not enough. This has shown a good sign, a new direction to enhance the position of Dong Thap mango.
In recent years, thanks to participating in trade fairs; Implementing a systematic product promotion program, Minh Huong rice products have taken steps to reach many distant customers. At the annual Thanh Tuyen Festival, Minh Huong commune provides 3-5 quintals of specialty rice and sells out in the first days. Tourists from all over come to Tuyen Quang to attend the festival to buy delicious food and contact the commune to place orders.
The people of Minh Huong commune understand better than anyone else the importance of ensuring the quality and preserving the unique flavor of their hometown's quality rice. People told each other to increase the exchange of experiences and improve products to affirm, build and develop the brand. High quality rice production in Minh Huong does not use much pesticides and inorganic fertilizers. The Tay ethnic group, born and raised in Minh Huong, witnessed the obvious changes in their homeland, but the rice in Minh Huong still retains its special delicious flavor, different from any other type of rice elsewhere. He said, the rice here is so delicious because of the shape of the river, the mountain position, the climate and the soil built up from the stream originating from the Cham Chu mountain range.
